Seaside Hideaway 2BR Apartment Walk to Sea

Lovely , spacious apartment and nice welcome goodies on arrival. A balcony from one bedroom and could see from side view all the way down the road to the sea. Plenty of kitchen utensils if you want to eat at the apartment. Good location, just a few minutes walk to the fast ferry and a short walk to the main square where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a small supermarket at the other end of the road and more supermarkets along the main square. The bus station is a 15-20 minute walk away .

The top drawer of the chest of drawers in the bedroom had holes in and was wood was breaking up, so needs replacing as you couldn't put clothes in there. Some coat hooks in the hallway would be useful and a full length mirror. Had read a couple of reviews that the apartment is dark as there is only one external window, which is the balcony doors in the bedroom. Having the light on in the living area and other bedroom didn't bother us but if you like to spend time looking out of windows , then maybe not for you. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment, that was ok with us but might not be for some people.

Loved the location - in a quieter, more residential part of the bay, rather than the hustle & bustle not too far away. The apartment is very spacious and the facilities are fantastic for the money.

I don’t think I appreciated from the photos that the only external window is from the one, front bedroom which has a balcony. The rest of the apartment is therefore really quite dark. The second bedroom doesn’t have air con. I also think that it could’ve done with a more thorough clean e.g. within the bathroom drawers.

Nous avons apprécié la taille et le calme du logement. En effet, il est constitué de deux grandes chambres et d'un salon avec dans une cuisine équipée. Il est situé à deux pas de restaurants, de supermarchés/supérette et de la plage.

Le logement manque un peu de lumière pour être totalement à la hauteur de nos attentes. Seule une chambre possède une fenêtre qui donne sur une petite terrasse. L'appartement est donc plutôt sombre.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Great apartment, furnished to a high standard and well located in a quiet area within walking distance of the sea front, restaurants, bars and the bus station. Comfortable bed. Very friendly and helpful owner. Would definitely stay here again on a future visit to Malta.
