La maison est très bien rénovée et très agréable à vivre. Elle est idéalement située au cœur du village et le rapport qualité prix est super.
L’accès au garage était vraiment difficile car impossible de l’ouvrir de l’extérieur. Il n’y a pas la clim dans l’une des chambres donc impossible de louer la maison en plein été. Manque de PQ et sac poubelle pour la totalité du séjour. Pompe à gel douche cassé dans la salle de bain du 1er.

Would have liked a toaster and a chopping board. Upstairs sun trap possibly needs a bit updating.

Loved how it is spread out on three floors and has two outside areas. Everything worked very well. New appliances and high quality. Aesthetically very pleasing. Very comfortable beds. Loved how you are in the centre of Gruissan and yet it is very quiet at night.
The only slightest small thing is that the TV could have been bigger - as when all five sit to watch it, it seems small.
