DON'T PASS ON THIS GEM. I would say to travelers to the Orlando/ Kissimmee area. The name Florida Gem is 100% correct. This rental property is clean, quiet and comfortable with a full kitchen with all the utensils needed and all the amenities of home. We had many of our meals at the property which saved us a lot of money for meals. This is the first time we rented a house for vacation and were 100% satisfied; I am writing this review for anyone looking at renting a 2-bedroom house near the Orlando area this is a WINNER.
There isn't one thing we didn't like about this property. The property is located in a quiet subdivision on a cul de sac it was quiet never heard outside noise, it is conveniently located minutes from the Florida turnpike. You can go north/south/east and west in minutes. You can get to downtown Orlando to International Dr in 20 minutes depending on time of day.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Access to the property was hassle-free. Communication with the host was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.
The weather was a bit cold, so we weren’t able to use the pool, but we still enjoyed our stay and found plenty of other nice things to do.
