Located in the residential neighborhood of Buena Ventura Lakes, you are close to shopping, dining, and the up and coming 'Lake Nona' area with its Medical City and golf courses. The home features a fully equipped kitchen and open and spacious dining and living area.
The Bedrooms are configured as follows:
-Master QUEEN bedroom with ensuite bath, TV (Roku)
-DOUBLE bedroom, TV (Roku)
-TWIN bedroom, TV (smart tv and cable)
Relax and enjoy your private pool. Shopping and Dining within 10 min drive. Parks, Disney, Universal & Seaworld are only 20 minutes drive away.
We can rent a BBQ gas grill if you wish to have one during your stay. Please inquiry with us.
Please note that guests don't have access to the garage parking. Also, our house is located close to a main road and at times it can be noisy.
We supply bed linen, towels and a starter kit to our guests. The starter kit consists of one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one trash bag, one tab for the washing machine and one for the dishwasher as well as some shampoo and soap.
There is an exterior security camera at the property.

Clean, well kept, and in general good order.
I appreciate that there was not a long list of chores before you check out.
I would like to see a dead bolt on the front door, instead of the the second door knob. Although it does lock a deadbolt is far more secure.
Overall a good stay.

House was great, outside traffic noise and airplane noise at night very annoying. Neighbors house next door very scary. The rental was very nice and clean. Too bad you have the Clampet family living next door.
