Panda Garden Hotel - Apartment

The rooms were clean and staff are amazing. Will be staying here for all my work trips

One of the nicest rooms I've stayed in Saigon: light, modern, cozy decor, a lot of natural sunlight, everything worked perfectly and was spotlessly clean.

** It was 15-20 minute walk to the area's bar/restaurant street, through pretty empty / dead / unpleasant streets. ** The whole area was very non-Saigon-y, some kind of expat and upper-class bubble with one high-end restaurant strip and one shopping mall, otherwise nobody walking on streets, just black SUVs with darkened windows taking rich kids to english schools or piano lessons, etc. Not worth visiting as tourist, in my opinion. ** Even though the location was really far from lively areas, the room wasn't that quiet: there was construction on front plus other guests shouting on balconies past midnight.

A quiet place which is extremely rare for HCMC

WiFi was a disaster. Sometimes it works perfectly, but usually it constantly lost connection

15 mn short walking distance to Vincom mall & many restaurant around the areas

I can hear couching and pulling the chair upstairs at night time
