Location is great 500 meter to train station and 300 meter to the souk Very nice views of the Nile and cruise ships Mr montasser was very helpful and friendly Kitchen and bathroom clean WiFi free, washing machine and tea and coffee available

The location is one of the best , view is breathing taking & location accessible to city center

Cleanliness was not up to standard , especially toilet First day they made me stay over in different flat than the one i booked which was terrible Second day they checked my on double room with partial view while i booked for the triple room with front view They tried to charge me extra even after all that claiming that i only booked fir 1 guest i informed them that i already booked triple room with no breakfast so not getting why to pay extra for being 2 guests especially after that inconvenient and all non professionalism i had to deal with. Staff were rude trying to push me to pay extra 5 dollars per day which obviously i didn’t pay
