Direi perfetto!!! Tutto nuovo, funzionante, la mia camera con vista mare era splendida, fuori dal caos ma comodo a tutto (15 mina piedi dal centro su una strada piacevole) e immersi nel verde. Pulizia fatta regolarmente, ci siamo sentiti coccolati in tutto. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile, abbiamo avuto un piccolissimo problema con il lavandino e ce l’ha risolto subito. Non potevamo chiedere di meglio per la nostra vacanza. Ampio parcheggio e strada facile. Siamo veramente soddisfatti di tutto!

The location is great, very close to Skiathos chora, with a beautiful view, and the room itself was spacious with plenty of tables and wardrobe space.

Housekeeping was regular, with daily cleaning, towels changed every other day and sheets every four days, although the quality of the cleaning could have been better. There was still sand on the floor when we arrived. Unfortunately, overall the stay was not as comfortable as expected. The kitchenette was poorly arranged, with the dishes stored at the bottom of the same cupboard as the rubbish bin. The bathroom had a tiny sink, no shelf or storage space at all, and the open shower meant water ended up all over the floor. A big issue was the AC setup. Electricity only worked when the room card was inserted, meaning the AC had to be completely off whenever we left. On a Greek island in the middle of summer, with the sun heating the room all day, we would return to an extremely hot room and then have to wait a long time for it to cool because the AC itself wasn’t particularly powerful. It also switched off as soon as the balcony door was opened, so you couldn’t even air the room for a few minutes while keeping it running. I understand the intention is to save energy, but in this type of accommodation it significantly affected our comfort.
