The size of the property as well as the cleanliness upon arrival. The working heat/AC was very nice on days when the temperature was touchy outside. The provision of utensils to eat with from plates to spoons and etc. was greatly appreciated. The fire-pit was a joy to use and sit by on cool dry nights.
No locks on bedroom doors. Also the location makes it a 20 plus minute drive whenever you want to go into town.

It was certainly rustic. location is in the peaceful wooded pines was good. The grounds were a bit unkept.-- broken chairs by the firepit, which unfortunately can't be used with the fire restrictions. There were ample options for cooking in the kitchen, though bowls were a bit scarce and spoons and forks were only a few and bent, etc.
There is AC / heat in the mini splits, which is great. The rooms were cute and cabin main areas were nicely done.
although i love the wooded area, there were a lot of spiders inside the cabin and you can see daylight under the doorway so the bugs can easily get inside. there are a lot of open wall space for pests to come in as well under the sink and inside the dark cabinets and the electric fireplace could not be used due to burnt plug/extension cord.
