Klidná lokalita, parkování před domem. K pláži to není daleko, obchod je kousek od domu. Byt dobře vybavený a příjemně zařízený. Výkonná, přitom tichá klimatizace, venkovní rolety. Dva balkóny, na jednom se dá posedět, na druhém sušit prádlo. Výhodou je pračka a myčka (ale čisticí prostředky nejsou k dispozici).
Předání klíčů bylo trochu zmatené a chvíli trvalo. Museli jsme doplácet ještě za energie (elektřina, voda, plyn)
