Beautiful place, book it now
The location was excellent, right in the centre of everything. Probably the most well-equipped self catering places we've ever stayed, you could easily cook a Christmas dinner there, it's got absolutely everything you need. The furniture and soft furnishings are lovely, nothing cheap or flat-packed. The bedrooms are absolutely stunning and there's a lovely upstairs seating area too.John was an amazing host and we'd definitely stay again.

Beautiful charming stay in quaint historic town, would recommend!
Wonderful stay! The rooms were beautiful and charming, and we loved the space, including a family room we could sit and hang out in at the end of the day. John Simon was an incredible host - he is knowledgeable about the area and we are so happy we stayed in Llangollen (which was truly by chance as we were coming in to see a Wrexham game and picked this location to avoid a hotel with separate rooms). I can’t say enough about how kind John Simon is - we were delayed coming in and he was flexible with our arrival, coming to stop by and check to make sure we had everything we needed. He gave us lovely recommendations on the town and how to take the bus to Wrexham - we felt so welcomed! When my brother left his AirPods behind, John Simon shipped them back to him in London overnight. We are so thankful for his hosting generosity and our time in Wales.
