Good location, halfway up a short steep road, so not good if you have mobility issues, frankly all of Lisbon is challenging if you do anyway! Martim Moniz is very close, there is a Pingo Doce 100m away nearby the chicken park 😄. Everything you need is in the property, good assortment of cooking utensils, comfortable seating and bed, lovely shower. A thoughtfully modernised typical traditional apartment at a great price point.

Don't expect it to be a fancy A*rbnb, this is a characterful property, so there are quirks but when you're spending most of the day exploring, a good shower, aircon and a comfortable bed is the most important aspect. As a seasoned traveller and having lived in both Lisbon and Porto, this was one of the nicer modern flats.

Good communication with the host (Home Match), reliable service; Coffee pods (Delta) were provided for whole 3 nights of our stay, very kind; Fully equipped kitchen with scissors; Excellent location between 2 metro stations and tram 28, can also walk to the city centre; Generally calm place at night, but some utility vehicle comes regularly around midnight and shortly does quite a noise, so don't forget your earplugs and close the window if need to get to sleep earlier; Bathroom wall cabinet provides space for cosmetic bags; Beds were comfortable enough.

Light in rooms was very harsh and cold for my eyes ; I found this apartment a bit pricey in comparison with other 2-bedroom properties we have stayed during these 2 weeks, considering that 2-nd bedroom is quite small and only disposes of a sofa bed.
