L'appartement est confortable et lumineux. L'endroit est assez calme. Situé au dernier étage de l'immeuble, au troisième étage, il offre une vue agréable depuis le séjour, salon. L'appartement est assez proche des centres d'intérêts de Lisbonne. Tout peut se faire à pied pour des personnes ayant l'habitude de marcher et aimant déambuler dans les rues. Commerce à proximité, Lidl et Auchan, moins de 300 mètres.

L'appartement aurait toutefois besoin d'un petit rafraîchissement. Cela concerne les plinthes côté salon. Mais cela ne gâche pas le séjour.

Szállásadó rugalmasan kezelte az érkezéssel kapcsolatos kérésünket. Jó tanácsokat adott éttermek, boltok, látnivalók kapcsán. A szálláson a konyha külön helyiségben volt, ami mindennel fel volt szerelve. Kényelmes fürdőszoba. Kényelmes ágyak, szőnyeg az ágy mellett. A szállás nevéhez megfelelően, olyan volt mint otthon.

Ez nem negatívum, de aki ezt a szállást választja, fontos, hogy tudja, hogy 3. emeleten van és lépcsőn kell felmenni. Nekünk nem okozott problémát.

Ont savait à quoi s'attendre vue les commentaires que j'ai lu appartement plinthe bien abimée par contre pas préciser que c'était au quatrième étage sans ascenseur mais ont reviendra au mémé endroit parce que l'hôte est très sympa et réactif pour la seule chose qu'ont lui a demandé.

We liked the location of the apartment although not the cleanest of streets it is on. The walking distance to the centre of Lisbon and public transport available on bus, tram and metro close by. Has a very small balcony but being on the third floor and with large windows/doors there is a good view off the surroundings and nearby hills. Supermarkets and Restaurants close by. Small coffee machine very useful. Internet connection very good. Plenty hot water.

Despite a good apartment and location we were disappointed to find that it has not been well maintained. The walls and ceilings need to be repaired and repainted as there is damage in several places that has not been done as required. There are cracks in the walls/ceilings, electrical work on ceiling in kitchen that had not been finished, both dirty marks and mould on areas in the apartment. The installation of the large (and excellent) windows/doors did not have the damage around the installation repaired. Some of the damage at floor level had apparently been from water damage but this was not explained to us and has been scheduled. The upper parts on the sides of the door frame were left in a poor state and the roller blinds were frayed at the sides. Only one set of keys available. The Vodafone box that is connected to the TV programmes keeps crashing and needs to be reset. The kitchen requires extremely tall people or use of a ladder to reach the upper levels of the kitchen cabinets.
