There was a minor snafu at check in and the customer service could not have been better. I was blown away by how responsive everyone was and how they followed up to make sure all was ok. Unit was perfect. I loved watching the World Cup games from the rooftop pool. Definitely a highlight.

I liked the location, very close to activities.
I think the key fob and parking passes could be improved. Maybe making the parking placard and garage scanner combined would be a little better.
