Beautiful 4 bedroom 3 bath pool Townhome 280

Property owner was always available and quick with responses. Property was very clean and comfortable. Club was very nice with water park. Neighborhood was very quiet. Will book again.

Looked nice, clean, pool access, park access, everything went smooth just like promised nice beds everything was good almost great.

The house has an ac limit at 70 so The second floor gets really hot especially the two kid themed bedrooms were extremely hot, to where kids stayed on the floor in other two bedrooms therefore 6 beds were empty due to the rooms being so unbearably hot and none of the rooms have a fan. I think it would be exceptional if at least a tower or stand up fan was put in each room. Second issue was in the Harry Potter themed bedroom it wreaked a chemical smell and we could not figure out if it was the plastic wall paper used to decorate or the carpet. But it was not like a light order it was as really bad, which was unfortunate because the beds were nice and the room was cute but super hot and that made the smell more pungent.
