Location to everything was a plus Pool area was ok It was mostly quiet at night Other guest was friendly

I read previous reviews and asked for updated pictures for confirmation that things were ok before my stay Condition of property was a little unsatisfying The room itself was ok but could use a deep cleaning Bathroom shower and tub needs to be deep deep cleaning… The Disney characters on wall needs to be cleaned I encounterd I guess bed bugs, I don’t usually sleep under Hotel covers I always take my own but on the 2nd night of the stay I laid under cover and forgot to lay own cover down first and woke up wit I’m assuming bed bug bites….(going to check today to be for sure) Can hear ppl moving above us but I guess it’s normal idk Could not find a staff member or get in contact with one at all, the number I had did not work For a while I was getting a response thru booking app If you choose to book this room do it at your own digression, also take you own cleaning supplies as I do anyway for sanitation Hallways was cool but had a smell to them Elevator was hot like a heater was on(idk what was going on)
