About this house rental
High End completely renovated unit (Sept 2019) and 1.5 miles away from Disney. All our units are completely renovated, and near Disney. We put allot of time and money into our units and most importantly try our best to make the whole experience memorable (We are SUPERHOST). Our units are designed professionally with high quality furniture. Most importantly all our units are affordable and fraction of the cost of hotels. We look forward to serve you!

Self-catered house. As a courtesy, we do leave you a few supplies to get you started until you have a chance to shop. You may find 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom (one in the holder and one extra), a roll of paper towel, a couple of trash bags, and liquid dish soap
Pets are allowed but on a case to case basis. Please check with owner before you bring your pets.
Check out time is STRICTLY at 11AM. Any late check out is subjected to a late check out fee of USD100. Please note that there is no hair and body soap provided!

Sometimes this happens without our prior knowledge as the previous guest might not inform us. We do apologise in advance if this occurs during your stay. If something like this occurs during your stay, please advise immediately so we can try to fix the problem as soon as possible. No refunds are given in either event.

The unit was very nice and clean. Everything was to satisfaction except the Wi-Fi signal is poor & the hot tubs were cold.

Would not stay here again. Mildew smell was so overpowering in hallways & elevator that it cannot be good for one’s respiratory health. We were shocked by the smell. If I could’ve gotten a refund I would’ve turned right around but no refunds at this property. Close to Disney & lower end cost but that came with an older building. Photos show nice updates but the unit has definitely had its share of renters since it’s redo. Stains on chair, couch, smoke burn on kitchen table (non smoking unit?), towels in same alcove in bathroom as cleaning bucket/mop. Overall not a pleasant experience. I couldn’t wait to checkout.
On our third night, we entered the building and were met with dead bugs EVERYWHERE (outside the room where the cleaning personnel were often seen coming and going). On our final night, workmen were doing construction and the elevator was in complete shambles with dry wall dust and mysterious liquid spill. Awoke last morning to no hot water. Overall, the reviews compared to the property we stayed at do not match. The mildew smell ALONE is a reason to not stay here. The smell goes beyond being in a wet climate/Florida-it was that bad.
