Didn't know there was 3 flights of stairs

Absolutely everything was perfect, from our first contact with Bakan Stays to the morning of our departure, they were fantastic and very accommodating with our needs. The suite was incredible, the location was amazing and, quite simply, our stay was a 10/10!!!

There was nothing we didn't like, which is very rare but incredibly pleasing. Thank you!

Great location for our family. Beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms were big. Lovely views from balcony.

Dishwasher missing a rack. Tossed into closet with other broken items. Dining chairs wobbly, at times felt they were going to break. Then found three additional chairs broken and thrown in the closet w dishwasher rack. The chairs need to have the screws tighten at the legs and I could not find any allen wrenches to fix the issue. Trash in alley way, parking area, and near trash bins were an issue. This area being the first impression of the place if arriving by car, leaves renters with a nagging sense that the apartment and home are not being well cared for. This trash issue was quite gross. When we left, there was no room in the bin, and some other bags had already fallen out of the bin onto the pavement and looked as tho it had beenthere for some time-- with rotting oranges and other trash strewn about.
