Great location

- parking: we had a terrible time trying to find parking when we arrived; had asked the host in advance and were told we could just figure out street parking or get a garage. It isn’t that easy! Finally figured out that you can buy a 24h resident parking pass from any ticket machine (code PMR01)- would have been very helpful to know! - inside: it was fine, felt very much entry level Airbnb, not sure why the heat was left on in the middle of August; mini split was good but only in common room not bedrooms so we had to keep the doors open - bedding: was the “quick change” duvet type with no closure so you end up waking up tangled in it and touching the duvet which was yellowed and not ideal

The apartment was spacious, very comfortable and well located near the Mont Royal. The host was very helpful and prompt to answer our questions.

Charming and spacious apartment in a great location, within 30m drive to restaurants and museums/attractions. Staff were very responsive and helpful! Beds were large and comfy with lots of pillows.

No parking included with unit and street parking was a nightmare. Unit could use a more thorough/detailed cleaning and refresh of stained furniture, ripped curtains, etc. No a/c in 2 of 3 bdrms and only 1 wall unit in large main living/kitchen area, so unit was uncomfortably warm. No elevator, so several flights of stairs to upper units, which was difficult for my elderly mother, and the building interior (front foyer/stairs) are in desperate need of renovation. We also had an incident where a stranger (another guest in building?) walked into our bedroom in the middle of the night through the back fire door which we didnt realized was unlocked from the outside :(
