Posizione e vista bellissima , parcheggio privato ,insonorizzazione ,Letto comodo . la spiaggia è vicina, 6 minuti a piedi in discesa, ma in cima, casa è a 15 minuti_ terreno molto montuoso e ripido

L ingresso nel parcheggio con un gradino alto difficoltosa l entrata soprattutto con una macchina sportiva, da risolvere in tempi brevi , mancanza di tende oscuranti per le finestre , il bagno con diversi difetti facile da riassettare , la terrazza per quanto stupenda con vista 360 gradi si raggiunge attraverso una scala a chiocciola stretta quindi soprattutto se si pensa di pranzare o cenare sopra portare il necessario è complicato ( noi ci siamo limitati ad un aperitivo)
