Siisti ja tilava asunto vain korttelin päässä Kotkan torilta. Vehreä ja rauhallinen ympäristö ja puisto aivan vieressä. Asunnon keittiö vasta remontoitu, joten kodinkoneet toimivat hyvin.
Kylpyhuone oli vanha ja kulunut.
