Best fish I ever ate in my life, truly honest location and scenery. Breakfast: one of the most authentic you can get. If nature is your thing, if you want a true honest experience, than look no further. If you want a cozy, industrial and luxurious room, steer away. Sauna is outside, near the river (as it should be), showers are common for all facilities (as they are in most camps). But if you want something authentic, this is it.

Die Unterkunft liegt inmitten der Natur am Fluß und bietet pure Entspannung. Vom Bett aus kann man, dank des großen Fensters, die Natur beim Einschlafen und Aufwachen genießen. Die Sauna mit dem Flusszugang sorgt für die restliche Entspannung. Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr sauber. Es gibt zudem eine charmante Gemeinschaftshütte, in welcher das leckere Frühstück serviert wird. Wir haben uns direkt gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch die Besitzer waren super freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit - besonders haben wir uns über den Besuch von Manu gefreut.

It was a special place and we loved the sauna next to the lake
no private bathroom (but we knew it in advance)
extra fee/ booking for the hot tub
only a minimal selection of choices for breakfast (no jams , no salami, no vegan options)

The Laawu was beautiful and the river views are superb. Being able to heat up the sauna and dip in the river was 👌
Breakfast was good.
For breakfast we requested gluten-free option for one of us but the gluten-free bread was not marked so she couldn't take the risk to eat it
