Victorian Home, 3 stories, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home, with tons of outdoor entertaining space, front porch, large back deck, huge double lot, High Speed Internet, formal dining, parlor room, modern kitchen, this historic home has a lot of charm, and the location is convenient within minutes to Kansas City Downtown, Midtown, Westport, and Plaza, great highway access, great combination of the old and the new. New TV's, gorgeous antiques, two living rooms, and tons of closet space. CharLIT is fully fenced, historic/be kind.

Loved the Victorian style house, lots of unique artwork, plenty of room for more than the three people who stayed here. Large backyard, fenced, great if you brought some dogs. Close enough walking distance to downtown KC. A nice neighborhood, no nighttime parties. We did hear lots of trains, but it did not bother us when retiring to bed. TV worked great downstairs. Definitely a winner and would return in a heartbeat!

This property is my FAVORITE VRBO that I have EVER stayed at. There's space for everyone to enjoy and gather together. And I absolutely ADORE the eclectic decor. There was a surprise around every corner. Beds were unbelievably comfortable, and there were so many little quiet corners for those moments when socializing was too much. And even though it was a Historic Home with "quirks" it was very comfortable and well appointed. Can't wait to book it again!

This house was a beautiful place to stay for UMKC graduation weekend. We had seven people stay plus a few more for dinner and there was room to spare. We enjoyed little details like reading the vintage National Geographics and admired the quirky artwork. Pet friendly was a huge plus. Definitely recommend! :-)
