Our home is perfect for a family looking to enjoy an extended stay close to all Charleston and Mount Pleasant have to offer! With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, ample storage, free parking, a fenced in backyard (perfect for your furry friend), and all the supplies needed to prepare a home cooked meal. Our home is conviently located only 2 minutes from Shem Creek, and 10 minutes from King Street, STE 22 at Sullivan's Island, and Pitt Street Pier.

We rented this property for 2 months (June & July). The location in Mt. Pleasant is great. The host and property manager were quick to respond. The description of the property is mis-leading. Our main issue was that the property lists AC as an amenity but when we arrived we quickly realized that there was only AC on the ground floor and not upstairs where the bedrooms were located. We immediately reached out to the host and were told nothing could be done. Charleston in the summer is not manageable without sufficient AC, especially for the price we were paying. After going back and forth for 3 weeks the host finally agreed to buy 2 portable units for the bedrooms (we had already purchased 1 on our own). I would not stay here unless the AC has been modified to work upstairs.
