Relax beneath the live oaks in this private 4BR/3BA Mt Pleasant retreat—just 10 minutes to Sullivans Island/beach or to Historic Downtown Charleston. You will love this home from the minute you drive up, with its modern touches to an older ranch home. The home features original hardwood floors, two ensuite bedrooms/bathrooms along with 2 other bedrooms which share a bathroom, and a spacious fenced backyard perfect for unwinding. Enjoy evenings under the oaks around the firepit and fire up the grill after a day exploring the Low County.
All of the bathrooms have been recently updated with tile and marble showers/baths.

Say what-just like home! The backyard is a mix of natural grass, new artificial turf, a patio, grill, fire pit, corn hole and a dining table. We have driveway parking for 2 cars and street parking for 2 cars for a maximum of 4 vehicles.
There are beach chairs, beach toys and a cornhole game in the backyard shed for your use.
