Enjoy the charm and convenience of Ludlow Village in this newly-renovated 4-BR farmhouse, located on Main Street walking distance to the local restaurants, shopping, and other retail and a short 3-min drive to the base of Okemo Mountain. Home features four bedrooms, including one on the ground floor. Primary bedroom and upstairs work nook features desks for work from home. Primary floor features large dining space, shuffle board, and TV area. Entrance has lockers for skis / boots and mudroom.

Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and leaving out food and trash.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: This is a rural part of the country. You may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Air conditioning: There's a total of 5 window AC units. There's one unit in the living-room, and one unit in each of the four bedrooms. AC availability is seasonal and depending on weather (late spring and summer). Heating is also seasonal, and depending on weather, available during the cold seasons (autumn-winter).
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.

This is a very nice house in a great location. We could not have been happier with our stay! Very clean and updated with a large common area and kitchen downstairs, the kitchen table is huge and the home is furnished very nicely. Be careful on the outdoor stairs, they need to be renovated (side and front). Would stay here again!

A group of us stayed for six days while attending a large family gathering in Ludlow. The house worked well for our needs. It was very clean, the kitchen well equipped, nice sheets on the beds. This is a newer renovation and while tastefully decorated could use a few items like reading lamps on bedside tables, throw rugs on the floor downstairs to cut down on the noise and better pillows to make the stay more comfortable. I would definitely recommend the property and would stay there again in the future.
