The light-filled living area is styled with mid-century furnishings and anchored by a TV for easy evenings in. A dedicated workspace and fast Wi-Fi make it just as suited to remote work as it is to relaxation. Room-darkening shades, in-unit washer and dryer, and a full complement of essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and shower gel - round out the comfort of day-to-day living.
Sleeping arrangements
Both bedrooms are furnished with king beds and luxe linens, sleeping up to four guests in comfort. Two full bathrooms - each with a bathtub, hair dryer, and hot water - mean no waiting around in the mornings, whether you're traveling as a couple, a family, or with friends.
Kitchen & dining
The chef's kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless appliances, cooking basics, a coffee maker, and a hot water kettle - everything you need to prepare meals at home or ease into the morning with a slow breakfast. Dine at the table inside, or take it out to the private third-floor balcony, where outdoor furniture and fresh air make for a welcome change of scene.
Building amenities
The building offers a courtyard pool, a gym with exercise equipment, and free gated parking. A self check-in keypad and building elevator make arrival straightforward, and the single-level layout of the unit means no internal stairs to navigate.
Outdoor living
Beyond the balcony, the shared courtyard provides space to swim or fire up the BBQ grill - a great option for a relaxed evening without leaving the building. Outdoor dining furniture is available for al fresco meals.

Bywater is one of New Orleans' most creative and walkable neighborhoods, and this condo puts you at the center of it. Crescent Park is just steps away, and Bacchanal Wine and The Joint are practically neighbors. The French Quarter is less than two miles out - close enough for a scenic stroll through one of the city's most iconic stretches.
Please note: No parties, no unregistered guests, and no smoking. Any attempt to host a party of any kind will result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund.
We are a 10 minute drive or a 5 minute walk to the bus line to the French Quarter and Downtown! Uber/Lyft ranges from $7-10 to Bourbon St!
*Airport Transportation: We have partnered with a local transportation company to offer black car service to/from the Airport!
