Great stay, superb customer service, super friendly and welcoming staff which made a big impression, boutique feel, very clean and spacious rooms, signature hotel scent, good location, nice views, good breakfast (simit, omelette, cheese, fruit, lemonade, tea, coffee). I would recommend and I would stay here again.

The property is on a raised ground level and has a stone walkway and some stairs from street level to get to the entrance. This is worth noting for anyone who has trouble walking. Though I was informed they are looking to add a lift entrance. Regarding luggage, you can call them when you get there to help take the suitcase up.

There is a stairs outside which can be a little bit challenging for the less mobile people. But hotel helps with carrying of the luggage up and down.

I had such a lovely stay at this hotel. When my husband had to travel back for work, I decided to stay in Istanbul for a few more days with my son and daughter to enjoy the rest of our vacation, and luckily, choosing this hotel turned out to be a great decision. The location is excellent, very close to the ferry boats station in Beşiktaş, and other public transportation, which made getting around very easy. The hotel was also very clean, the price was reasonable, and the staff were always polite and helpful, especially the reception team. I actually enjoyed my first stay so much that I decided to extend my stay at the same hotel for another three days, this time with a beautiful sea view. The receptionist was extremely kind and helpful and even arranged the second stay with complimentary breakfast . Overall, we had a wonderful experience, and I would definitely recommend this hotel . ❤️

TV channels are so limited

Excellent location, probably the best view you can get, world class service from staff.

A few places in the room that did not feel “premium”, such as low quality finishes on paint or furniture. Biggest drawback also being mold in the shower corners and the faucet. The breakfast area is also a bit small with limited selection.
