Chủ nhà cho nhận phòng sớm hơn qui định
Vật dụng trong nhà không đầy đủ. Bồn nước tại khu bếp bị nghẹt. Giấy vệ sinh, dầu gội, dầu tắm cũng không có. Phải báo quản gia cung cấp. Ruồi và muỗi trong nhà nhiều.

Not a lot of shops (only 1 coffee shop in the community) and the main swimming pool was not operating.

Nhà mới nên sạch sẽ, khá rộng rãi với các phòng ngủ đều có wc riêng, gần bãi biển nên tắm biển rất tiện
Đồ dùng nhà bếp còn thiếu, bãi biển không có người dọn rác, do còn ít căn cho thuê nên dịch vụ chưa đầy đủ, hồ bơi chưa hoạt động

Vị trí gần biển, dễ tìm, không gian xung quanh yên tĩnh.
Căn hộ thoải mái, đầy đủ tiện nghi, phòng L3 có ban công máy lạnh không mát.
Sạch sẽ, trang trí đẹp.
Chủ nhà hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, giá hợp lí.
