Casa bem decorada com uma ótima cozinha e sala . Bem localizada. São dois quartos pequenos e 1 banheiro só . Mas a sala é grande e a cozinha também. Uma coisa boa é que tem cadeiras de praia.
Tem pouco armário nos quartos, e nenhuma gaveta . Além disto o quarto era pequeno, e a cama era de casal também pequena . Não gostei do colchão muito mole, acho que precisam comprar colchões novos. As toalhas era pequenas e no banheiro a presão da água é bem fraca, falamos com o dono mais ele disse que não tinha o que fazer pois a presão vem fraca da rua.
Bem eu gostei mas acho que procuraria outra casa pelo preço que pagamos estes pontos negativos pesam na escolha.

La casa es preciosa , con un jardín muy amplio y todo lo necesario para tener una estancia muy agradable . La comunicación con el propietario es perfecta
Los cuartos son un poco pequeños igual que las camas y el aire acondicionado un poco ruidoso , nada grave.
Tienes que saber dónde está ubicada y te tiene que gustar la zona . Es tranquila

It was clean , well appointed and had everything we needed. The location was close to the places we needed to be throughout the weekend and was only a short uber ride away from our destinations in coconut grove so we did not need to add cost of rental car. It’s also close to the airport. Without traffic we had a 15 min ride to airport. The hosts were very responsive except for when we asked about early check in. They said they would let us know that day, but they never reached back out to us. It wasn’t a deal breaker whatsoever, just disappointing that they didn’t follow through with letting us know because all other communication was great
