"Casa Niña" is a lovely Spanish-style 2-story house, located behind the spectacular Grove Central mall. Enjoy a cute backyard with palm trees, hammock, bistro set, and BBQ. Spanish-style home for 6 people or more. Open layout to offer comfort and fun. 2 bedrooms upstairs. 2 baths (only 1 with shower). Very safe and low-key area. Just minutes to CocoWalk, Brickell, Coral Gables, Key Biscayne, Wynwood, etc. Parties or events are not allowed. Pet fees apply. Free Wi-Fi & free 2 parking spots. 10 mi. to Beach!

The house is a 2 story Spanish-style with vintage doors, Spanish tile floors, balcony, and a great outdoor space to entertain and grill. Downstairs the layout is open with colorful kitchen. There are two bathrooms; however, only the upstairs bathroom has a shower. The bedrooms are located upstairs. They represent the Yin and Yang. The Western and Eastern cultures. The female and male.... Enjoy a green and lush backyard with table, 2 chairs, hammock, and 4 burner grill. You can park up to 2 cars right in front of the property.
Very peaceful, safe, and family-oriented neighborhood, walking distance to the mall, restaurants, and shops. It is so close to everything: Central location: Behind Coconut Grove Metro-rail station, 5 min to Coral Gables, 7 min to Brickell, 5 min to Key Biscayne, 10 min to Downtown, 15 min to Miami Beach, 15 min to the Miami International Airport etc... Our stay was superb. The property was well equipped in stock, inconvenient, restaurants and shops. We were within walking distance of Coconut grove and Coco walk would definitely stay here again and Ana the manager was very easy to getting in touch with for questions. Thank you for a wonderful day.
