The fully equipped kitchen includes a Keurig coffee maker, ensuring you start each morning with a fresh cup of coffee. While Eskew Place, a second rental, is located on the property, your cottage provides complete privacy for a peaceful getaway.

A washer and dryer is available to use but it can only be accessed from outside of the cottage.
Please note that, in the yard that separates your house from the other accommodation on the property, there is a fire pit with seating, corn hole, and a ping pong table. Please do not use these amenities, as they are exclusively for the use of guests of the other accommodation on the property.
Please be aware that use of the EV chargers must be paid for through the AmpUp app.
Please be aware that there is another accommodation on the property that may be occupied by guests during your stay. The accommodations are approximately 25 feet from each other.

This was a wonderful experience. The property was spotless, with top-end appliances and lots of thoughtful touches. The host was responsive. The property is convenient to downtown. A perfect place for a couple or solo traveler.

The owners did an amazing job converting this garage into the cutest cottage! The kitchen is well stocked and adorable and the bathroom is incredible! We had everything we needed for the perfect weekend getaway. Once we parked our car, there was no need to get back in since we were 3 blocks from Main and all of it's attractions. We HIGHLY recommend this property and will definitely return!
