This beautiful canal-front home features a private heated pool, spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, and an air-conditioned game room perfect for families and groups.
High pitched ceilings throughout the home create a bright and open atmosphere, while the peaceful waterfront setting offers the perfect place to unwind. After a day exploring Cape Coral, relax in the master suite with a stand-alone soaking tub or enjoy evenings by the pool and outdoor seating areas.

⚓ Boat Use Rules & Important Notes
Boat experiences are offered as a separate add-on and are not included in the base rental rate
Self-drive option is available only for guests who pass our screening process (valid ID and boating experience required)
All guests must sign a rental agreement and provide a security deposit authorization prior to use
A captain check-in and check-out inspection is required for every rental
Operating area: Cape Coral canals and surrounding Gulf-access waterways
Maximum passenger capacity: 12 guests
Guests must follow all U.S. Coast Guard safety regulations and Florida boating laws at all times
No alcohol consumption while operating the vessel
Any damages caused during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest
Guest Access
Guests will have access to the entire home during their stay, with the exception of one locked owner’s closet.
