About this house rental
Two bedrooms each with queen beds. Two story guest house with bedrooms upstairs and with one bathroom/shower. Downstairs has kitchen, half bath, dining room and living space. Livingroom furniture pulls out to sleep three additional people with a pull out couch and pull out chair. Located 20 minutes south of Indianapolis right off of the I65 exit. Walking distance to Franklin College and Province Park.

The shower is short for taller guests and had no ventilation. The listing could have been a bit clearer on the size of the guest house and vicinity to other houses. But overall it was very clean and a great stay! Host was very responsive.

Cheryl could not have made it any easier or been any nicer. There was plenty of room, it was clean as a whistle, the kitchen was stocked with everything needed and the location was right where we wanted to be - close to town, but quiet and private. She was also great wth restaurant recommendations. Much appreciated!
