This home is everything you need after a day at the Masters!

Located on a private pond 6 miles from the gate in North Augusta, SC. Custom built in 2024 this home features an open kitchen with large island, butler's pantry and wet bar all overlooking the pond.

You'll spend most of your time in the covered outdoor living space with fireplace, or relax the in the hot tub overlooking the pond.

Large secluded lot with plenty of parking as well as garage with plenty of storage.
