About this house rental
Location! Location! Location! Professionally landscaped and newly renovated, this beautiful 4 bedroom 2.5 bath home features beautiful hardwood floors throughout, spacious backyard with a privately gated, keypad entry on .9 acres. Ample secured parking for 8-10 vehicles. Enjoy the cool nights on our huge covered deck (30'x30'); perfect for entertaining and/or grilling after a day on the course. Deck is equipped with 2 recteq grills, outdoor string lighting, and tons of seating. Masters Suite has king bed, 2 bedrooms have queen beds, 4th bedroom has double bed w/ twin trundle bed. Study or Living Room may also be used as an additional bedroom space with air mattress upon request. House will easily accommodate 8-10 guests. All bedrooms feature flat screened smart TVs, as well as 54" in the den; leading to the deck - perfect for watching the game while cooking and entertaining. House is equipped with WIFI, premium cable TV, gaming systems, DVD player, and security systems. Special features include cozy fireplace, reading nook, and several outdoor patios. House is centrally located so that driving is optional. In 5-10 minutes, literally WALK to the Augusta National Golf Course, Fresh Market Grocery Store, or your Local CVS Pharmacy in National Hills Shopping Center. We are just .03 mile from the new Press Center across the street from the main gate. You can reach the expressway (Calhoun) to downtown Augusta, the city of North Augusta, or fine dining and entertainment in Augusta all within 5 minutes driving time from the home. The Riverwalk on the Savannah River & Augusta Country Club are also within a 5 minute drive. Also enjoy kayaking, disc golf, biking, walking paths, at Lake Olmstead (.02 miles) or the Savannah River (.04 miles). Best Location Possible!!!

This was the perfect house for our Masters stay! The location is fantastic. The house is beautiful. My guests and I enjoyed being close to Augusta National. We found the house to be comfortable. Owners were fantastic about communication and care. It was a great visit to Augusta!
