The house was very clean and organized. The outdoor area was nice. Pool heating was disappointing, but was refunded. Many of the lights were marked to not be used and some didn’t work. The house got as cold as 58 degrees and we had to wait till the next day to get the heat turned on.

This is the first less than five star review I have ever given. Although the listing says it has 2 master bedrooms, I would say it has one. The second master is a regular size, no view, with the bathroom outside of the room. (The shower didn't even work - no water came out of it.)Despite the fact that in the description it speaks twice of TVs (in the master and sitting rooms "great for TV night")the house has no cable or any ability to get live TV unless you subscribe to that streaming service. For a house in this price range that is surprising and not made very clear. They do state it at the very bottom under amenities (if you click "see more" you'll see cable grayed out) But it was easily missed.Since we had someone who was homebound for most of the week, this was an issue for us.The company refunded 30 a day but it ended up still being a challenge.The pool heater will not start until the temp. reaches 65 degrees and shuts off below that. Since it was only above for about 8 hrs during the day, the heater wasn't on long enough to heat the pool. We paid per day for the heater but they refunded it. Since you cannot really swim off the shore during low tide this was a disappointmentThe main room gets VERY VERY warm even with fans. In summer this would be unbearable.Also wanted to note that the rating could have been lower given how negative our encounter was with Vacasa but the property manager was responsive and empathic.
