The Bay House Retreat is also just 3.5 miles from the world-renowned IMG Academy and only a short drive to Sarasota-Bradenton Airport, as well as other area attractions like Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum, Sarasota Jungle Gardens, enjoy all without having to fight island traffic, the PERFECT getaway... you may never want to leave!
It is perfect for a family, multiple families, and groups. Everyone will love the large pool spa as you kick back and relax enjoying views of Sarasota Bay.

There are outdoor dining areas seating 8 + 2 bar stools, and on the interior of the home, there is dining seating for 12, a dining table that seats 8 and 4 bar stools at the kitchen island. The home offers ample privacy for all of our guests as it has a King Master Bedroom with En Suite Bathroom, additional Double Queen, Queen, Double Twin, and Full-sized Bedrooms. Coffee Bar on the upper level so you do not miss out on enjoying a cup of coffee on the balcony of your bedroom! Adults and Kids will love the multiple TV areas.
The pool/spa and outdoor entertaining space is perfect for a BBQ or simply relaxing and enjoying the gorgeous sunsets after enjoying a day on the water! Beach towels, beach chairs, and equipment are included - additional items can be rented through our preferred vendors at a discounted rate - ask your property manager for more details.
Parking includes a large driveway fitting a maximum 6 cars. NO Parking on the private road leading to The Bay House Retreat.
