My family and I loved the Morton House! When we arrived it was exactly how described. Beautiful and clean. The details from when the house was built still were part of the home - which I loved. The bedrooms were all very comfortable and cozy. They provided almost everything you’d need! We brought our dogs as well and the yard was perfect for them to hang out in and go potty. Actually a good sized yard for being in the city. Our boys (7) and (12) were excited to see that they had a couple of games at the house. We played Uno everyday ha! There was a cute park walking distance so the boys were able to play there. If we ever come to visit Dayton again this will be our go to place! The location is great only 10-30 minutes away from popular places.

We needed a place to host my extended family for a Dayton Univ grad. Convenient to campus. Easy access to town and Oregon district. Pub and coffee house within walking distance. Friendly pug dog Mellow always want a to say hi. Note, 2nd floor unit so, if stairs are not possible, be aware. Overall quant, clean , comfortable architectural rich area.
