You will quickly feel at home in this comfortably furnished house, close to the beaches and easy to access. Spacious, it can accommodate 5 to 6 people. The ground floor is organised around a living area (which includes the dining room, kitchen and TV lounge), a bedroom, a bathroom and a laundry area.
Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a king-size bed), a bathroom and an office space offer comfortable amenities.
In the garden, you will enjoy the peaceful and relaxing inner courtyard, the ideal terrace for family meals and summer evenings around a barbecue.
Parking is possible in the garden.
The nearest beach is 500 m away on foot and is very popular with water sports enthusiasts for its superb waves.

Activities:
Beaches, shore fishing, mini-golf, tennis court, horse riding, sailing school, water sports all year round (surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting, kayaking...). Many possibilities for hiking or cycling (marked trails and cycle paths). The beaches of Erdeven and Sainte Barbe (10 minutes by car) and their famous waves delight surfers and kite surfers. For golf enthusiasts, the Saint-Laurent Golf Course is 20 minutes away by car.
In terms of living environment, the village of Erdeven and the port of Étel, 10 km away, offer shops and the alleys of the town centre are a delight to stroll through in the summer; stroll and enjoy the terraces overlooking the sea.
The region:
On the edge of the Atlantic Ocean, the town of Erdeven is above all renowned for its long sandy beaches. The nearest port, Étel, is a charming village with its restaurants, bars and shops and represents the gateway to the superb Ria d\'Étel. The region offers its vast beaches in the heart of preserved wild dunes, appreciated all year round. It is also rich in megalithic sites. On foot, take advantage of the many hiking trails to discover and stroll among the dolmens and tumuli. Discover the megalithic site of Kerzerho (Erdeven) and its stone giants or the spectacular dolmen of Crucuno and let yourself be carried away by the mysterious atmosphere of the places! A few kilometres away, Carnac is a must-see megalithic site.
By bike, using the greenway, you can reach Etel, Plouharnel or even Quiberon.
For beach and surf fans, the beaches in the region will delight you.
Going up the Ria d\'Etel, don\'t miss the charming village of Saint-Cado and its famous blue-shuttered house.
