San Vincenzo is located in the center of the Etruscan Coast, a strip of land that runs from Livorno down to Piombino.
Its strategic position and excellent road and rail connections allow you to quickly reach the great cities of art such as Florence, Pisa, Siena and Rome; Furthermore, in the surrounding area there is a very interesting tourist offer which varies from designer wineries to spas, from the most beautiful parks in Tuscany to the evocative medieval villages of the hinterland, from the vast sandy beaches to the cliffs of the promontories which hide such hidden coves to be almost unattainable.
In San Vincenzo, we offer for summer rental, in the initial part of the pedestrian street, just 5 minutes walk from the sea, an apartment located in a condominium on the 4th floor without a lift.
The house consists of an entrance that leads to the living area with kitchenette, a corridor that leads to the 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed and the bathroom with shower and window.
From the other corridor you enter the third bedroom also with 1 double bed.
The property includes a 40m2 terrace with splendid sea view, slightly detached from the house.
The apartment has been completely renovated.

Arrival: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm at our real estate agency. Late arrivals must be communicated promptly.
Departure: no later than 9:00 am (keys returned to the agency).
Tourist tax due as per law, from 1 April to 31 October, based on the number of occupants of the property of €1.25 per day per person for a maximum of 14 nights over 12 years)
ATTENTION: Bed sheets and bath towels are not provided, disposable mattress covers and pillow covers will be provided by us for the number of beds present in the apartment.
