Greetings! We extend a warm welcome to our LUX - Newport Beach house!
HIGHLIGHTS:
The house is on the 2nd floor with a short stair.
The house features high ceilings with natural skylights, an outdoor patio overlooking a courtyard from the living room, and large windows with views of Balboa Island and the Ferris Wheel. The master bathroom offers a steam shower and towel warmers. The house is newly remodeled with all attention to detail, well-decorated and beachy style

Bedroom No#1: Master bedroom with King size bed with attached Jack and Jill master bathroom, also there is a patio with an outside seating area
Bedroom No#2: King-size bed with a bathroom next to it
Bedroom No#3: 2 full beds with a patio and bathroom next to it
KITCHEN:
Kitchen amenities include a Thermidor Refrigerator, Stove, Sink, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Cooking Ware, Plates, Cups, and Utensils, as well as a complimentary Washer, Dryer, and detergent. Fully equipped for your family's meals.
The LAUNDRY room is in the hallway
PARKING is available for three cars, with a three-car garage and ample meter parking in the surrounding areas. Tesla charger is available.
PETS
Pet fee: $35 per pet, per night. Flat rate available depending on the number of nights and pets.

The Guests have access to the entire house except for our supplies closet

- Please note we have security cameras for security and insurance purposes at the front door and backyard only
-The indoor fireplace is not available to use for safety reasons.
-For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.
