Trolley service is also available from Estero Boulevard to the Times Square area, the central hub of Fort Myers Beach. Several restaurants, shops, and bars have come back since the hurricane. If a day trip is what you are looking for check out the Key West Express for an unforgettable trip to Key West. Don’t forget to see Sanibel Lighthouse which is less than 15 miles away! A rental agreement that is required to be signed, will be emailed to you at the time of booking and needs to complete within 24 hours of the time of booking the reservation. You must be at least Twenty-Five Years old (25yrs.) and occupy the unit for the entire time of the reservation. We do not rent to groups of singles under 25. The maximum occupancy of people over the age of Three years old (3 yrs.) is listed on the website for each unit and is strictly enforced. We reserve the right to determine the number of children under Twenty-one (21) years of age that may be accompanied with a parent or guardian.

The unit was very clean and decorated so cute. We felt that we were the first renters of a newly renovated house because everything was new - the knifes, pots/pans, etc. The location point on the VRBO site had the house located beach side but when we went to reserve the house, the location pin moved across the street down about 7 houses. A bit misleading but we managed.When we reserved the house, we thought we were reserving the entire house - so we were surprised when the 2nd floor neighbors introduced themselves - again a bit misleading but we again managed. According to the VRBO site, it was listed with 2 bathrooms. When we actually reserved it and was sent the Sun Vacation rental link, it listed the unit as 1 and 1/2 bathrooms. Again misleading. When I questioned the property manager, it was explained that the website would not allow 1/2 as a character only whole number - So our actual unit only had 1 bathroom (not the half bath).We were also surprised that the outside 'oasis' which was very beautiful and inviting (along with a pool) was communal property. This wasn't too alarming however the half bath that was advertised for our unit was actually the half bath that was considered 'communal'.Overall the unit was spacious, clean and very inviting. It just didn't deliver what was actually marketed on the VRBO site.
