House was spotless. Host and property management was prompt and checked in on us to assure everything was in order when we arrived. Owner accommodated request to add a day to our trip when we were eager to start our vacation. Beach is quiet and beautiful. So easy to walk there. Rental has several bikes, pool floaters, plenty of sun chairs for the beach, and two flexible backpack coolers to keep your drinks and snacks cool for a day at the beach. Plenty of towels, kitchen fully stocked, games and playing cards, and Pool is great too!Wonderful for families and girls’ trip.

Everything was great! Property was very well kept. Pool was great, the outdoor decks were great- especially when it rained you were able to sit outside. Having the beach so close and a private entrance with a water hose bib to rinse your feet off was awesome. They had everything that was needed for the beach. One thing to note is that the pier to fish from is at the canal, not the ocean side. I wished I would have figured that out sooner so we could have tried to fish from it. We did walk to the shops and restaurants in Ft. Myers Beach one morning, about 2-2.5 miles. I would highly recommend this location.

Older home that is in need of updates. The A/C unit can not keep up in the summer months. The temp during the day inside was 76-80 degrees by the thermostat. We did reach out to the realtor and they sent out a technician. He said the unit was fine, but due to outdated doors and windows it can not keep the cool air in. We did run floor fans, plus ceiling fans to keep air moving.
All beds slept well including the sleeper sofa.
We did enjoy the pool everyday!! That was definitely a plus to have..
Very convenient to the Publix even by bicycle.
Beach not crowded and tons of seashells.
