For your next vacation, we’re offering our charming “La Plagette” studio in the “Les Maisons sur la Plage” residence, located right on the beachfront at Plage du Grazel.
The facade was completely renovated in 2023. It’s ideal for a couple or a family with 1 or 2 children.
The studio is located on the 1st floor and consists of a large room, a bathroom, and a small separate room for the children.

- Kitchen area equipped for 4 people (induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, combination oven with microwave, toaster, washing machine, electric kettle, electric coffee maker)

- Fan and electric awning
- Large double-glazed window
Bathroom:
- Shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer, and toilet Children’s room:
- Bunk bed (80x190 cm), window, and small closet

Parking is available either in the residence or in a free parking lot next to the residence.
