Family enjoyed stay at condo. Spacious and easy to find. Little suprised at lack of supplies. No cleaning products to wipe down counters or glass dining table and only two extra garbage bags. Manager very responsive to questions and no issues getting on property or in condo. Would suggest more explanation on key cards: one for the pool which we figured out pretty easily but no idea on the other. Price point was fair.

The place was cheap, had excellent amenities and looked great on the surface. But I won’t be booking again:* leaking plumbing. contractors in and out for multiple days. Water had to be shutoff for whole day, we couldn’t shower at all.* apr 3, contractor shows up unannounced. No comms from host at all.* scalding water from kitchen faucet. Mixing valve doesnt work, slight past middle goes to full hot 140degrees (set at the water heater). 2 adults almost burned themselves.* dishwasher needs to be thrown out. Door barely stays closed, cart and heater element has exposed rust all over. health hazard.* fridge also old and rusted inside.* host tries to use vague house rule (only sent to you after payment) statements to get you to do all the laundry, fold the linens and dry the dishes as part of checkout. Ridiculous request.. we loaded the rusted dishwasher and put dirty towels and sheets in a pile by the laundry machine as is standard at all vacation rentals we’ve stayed at with a cleaning fee.* no toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, laundry detergent for our 2 week stay.
