Mike T's condo was very clean and comfortable and the perfect location for visiting family who live nearby. Plenty of restaurants a Publix and a Dunkin were all a short short drive from the condo. Mike T was super responsive and and eager to make you feel welcome. We would definitely stay at the condo again.

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed the pools and clubhouse too. Mike was the best host. Filled us in, made sure we we doing okay. He took the best care of us.

The property owner was extremely accommodating, responded to communications quickly, the unit was clean, and he even lent us accessories for the beach. He met us and gave us an unnecessarily lengthy tour of the condo. We gave the Lister 3 stars upon arrival because he was very accommodating, albeit overbearing.However, this was not the unit we paid for online. The pictures and physical address on the listing did not match. When we asked about the contradiction, the Landlord informed us that he provided us with a 2 bedroom/2 bath, so we got what we paid for. He informed us that he had eight condos that all looked the same, and we got 1 of the 8. That is not what we paid for. We booked the condo based on the advertised photos.Ex: The Patio in the photo showed an outdoor patio. We got a fully enclosed small room with damaged (plastic lined) windows that smelled of mold. One picture on the listing showed that one of the bedroom windows looked out to a lakefront with a fountain. Although there was a lake on the property with a fountain, it was not near the property that we were provided.Overall, we found the experience to be somewhat misleading. That said, the owner was very kind and exceptionally accommodating, and we sincerely wish him all the best.
