The house, with its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with walk-in showers, and a garden opposite for late-night chats after a barbecue, is ideal for your reunion. We've prioritized your comfort with 3 bedrooms for couples and one bedroom more suited to children, but which can accommodate two people on 90cm beds. In addition, there's a sofa bed in the living room for two people and a 90cm bed in the playroom. The mattresses are of good quality to ensure a restful sleep. Beds are made upon your arrival, and towels are included in the price. The kitchen is spacious and very well-equipped; you can cook for the whole group. You'll also find all the necessary condiments for your stay. In the living room, there's a table for 10 to 12 people, a large sofa, and armchairs. A beautiful wood-burning stove offers you good comfort in the cold season or on slightly chilly evenings during the shoulder seasons. A laundry room with a washing machine and everything you need to clean your shoes after hikes is available on the first floor. In the garden, there's a barbecue and swings for the little ones, as well as deck chairs to relax in while keeping an eye on the barbecue... The surrounding area is teeming with a wide variety of activities; you'll be spoiled for choice! Nature and sports? Hiking in the Morvan, cycling, canoeing, via ferrata, climbing, canyoning, treetop adventure courses, and many more surprises nearby. Culture? The Arcy-sur-Cure caves (900m underground tour leading to incredible parietal art), Guédelon: a castle under construction, sumptuous or unique castles such as Ancy-le-Franc or Meaulnes, the fully restored hospices of Tonnerre, the abbeys of Reigny, Pontigny, and Fontenay... Tourism? Vézelay (a UNESCO World Heritage Site), Avallon, the Garden City, Noyers-sur-Serein, listed among the 100 most beautiful villages in France, Semur-en-Auxois, a medieval town with its medieval festivals, Dijon and the city of gastronomy, Chablis and Irancy for their world-renowned white and red wines...
