Villa Molinero welcomes you with 4 spacious bedrooms and four bathrooms, two of which are ensuite.
One of the bedrooms is completely separable from the main house with its own kitchen and living room, if desired. Ideal for offering friends or family their own retreat.
The kitchen invites you to cook: bright, spacious and with beautiful views and excellent equipment, it will provide you with unforgettable moments. Direct access to the pool.
Do you like coffee for breakfast? Here you can choose between the classic Spanish cafetera, a Nespresso machine, a conventional filter machine or a built-in espresso machine to start the holiday feeling for everyone travelling with you in the morning.
Adjacent to the kitchen is a small bar room with a counter and table football so that everyone can cook and play together.
All bedrooms are equipped with JBL Bluetooth speakers and a Marshall speaker provides good sound in the living room. The TVs in the house all have multilingual channels; English, Spanish, German, French and Italian channels are available. Thanks to the fast internet (fibre optic 300MB/s), you can also enjoy streaming services such as Netflix etc. undisturbed.
The spacious terrace by the pool offers shady spots under the beautiful parasols or under the large pavilion. There is a barbecue and a dining area sheltered from the wind, as well as a shady chill-out area for a cosy afternoon of reading.
The house is supplied with energy by a generously sized solar power system, and the pool is also heated by its own solar system.
This holiday home is located in Macher bajo, exactly where the view extends across the island to Fuerteventura and you somehow live "in the middle of the countryside", but can still be on the beach in Puerto del Carmen in just 5 minutes. The villa has a few scattered neighbours, so it is not isolated, but the nearest neighbours are far enough away for 100% privacy.
