You'll be within walking distance of many cafés, restaurants, boutiques, and direct beach access just across the street!

As one of the 16 distinct beach neighborhoods in South Walton, it has its distinct character and charm. This colorful community on 30A is comprised of 25 acres located in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach on the corner of 30A and 393. Gulf Place was specifically designed to slow visitors and locals down with palm tree-lined streets, wide sidewalks, colorful outdoor patios with large umbrellas, nature walking trails, green spaces, and ample park benches to sit and enjoy the views. Gulf Place is unique from all the other South Walton neighborhoods. Residents and guests gather here to enjoy original art, boutique shopping, local cuisine, live music, and a laid-back atmosphere.
The snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Seahorse Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 715 feet out from the Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access, it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Seahorse Reef is at a depth of 13-18 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

This condo was perfect for our first vacation with our 5 month old baby. The location made it easy for us to walk over to the beach multiple times a day and then jump back to the condo for lunch & naps. We considered saving a little money and staying further off the water. If you are looking for a beach vacation it’s 100% worth the extra money. Quick walks to the beach, shops, restaurants! We also recommend renting chairs/umbrella with one of the companies that set them up & take them down daily for you. Worth every penny!The condo was very clean, updated, and all the space we needed for our family of 3. We used the on site laundry (free) and checked out two of the pools. Both of which were clean & nice temperatures.Next time we come to Santa Rosa Beach we will happily book this condo again!

The suite was very clean and updated. The kitchen was nicely equipped with everything you need for your stay. One of the pools is directly downstairs and private beech access is directly across the street. Check-in and out is very easy. This was our first VRBO experience but it won't be the last.

Wonderful updated condo close to beach access, restaurants and shops. There is a sliver of a view of the gulf from the balcony. Very clean!
