The fully equipped kitchen, located within the same open space, includes everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, alongside a dining area for comfortable gatherings.
Both bedrooms are furnished with double beds dressed in hotel-quality linens, promising a restful and peaceful night’s sleep. There is a working desk in one bed room.
The bathroom features a walk-in shower, and complimentary toiletries and soft towels are provided for your convenience.
Before your arrival, the apartment will be professionally cleaned to the highest standards, ensuring a fresh and inviting atmosphere.

You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!
Please note that ADDITIONAL linen costs £30 per pack. Message me if you need it and I will tell you where it is stored or arrange a delivery. For additional cleaning please contact me as well.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I the engage help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. Latest check-out time is 1pm.
Unauthorised late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you would be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking is strongly prohibited, penalty £500

Perfect location for a first-time trip to London. Double-decker bus stop to Notting Hill right outside your door and Earl Court tube station down the road. Safe location and Tesco is around the corner.

The location of the flat is so very convenient to the tube, food and grocery stores. The flat was clean, well stocked and everything we expected. The only complaint I have is that it must be on the loudest street in London. There is a bus stop immediately outside the front door/window and for whatever reason, people thought it was ok to stand on the front stoop of the flat and have very loud phone conversations. Since there is no air conditioning we had windows open and it was like they were in the house with us. We did have to ask them to move or be quiet a few times. At least 5 ambulances or police cars sped by everyday. I know none of this is the owners fault but just be aware. By the time we left, it didn’t even phase us but if you have little kids, it might be an issue. All in all it was a great trip and a good place to stay for the price.
