About this house rental
Consider this estate your home away from home while you visit Livingston. Get ready to unplug and connect with nature as local wildlife is always visiting the property. This property boasts 4 bedrooms - 1 king bed, 3 queen beds- along with 3 bathrooms featuring luxurious amenities like a jetted bathtub and 2 walk-in showers. With the living room space equipped with 2 sofa beds and 2 foldable twin beds, this peaceful retreat offers plenty of room for guests to relax and unwind. The spacious kitchen with an island is stocked with all of the appliances of home. The water front property has a covered dock which is perfect for catching the big one or the one that got away. Cool off in our indoor pool free of insects and sunburns (not heated). There are plenty of games to play with the family: board games, foam tip archery, giant Jenga or giant connect 4. Wine down the evening with a camp fire or relax on a zero gravity chair while you star gaze on the deck. Wake up to an enchanting sunrise while you have coffee on the balcony overlooking the water. Take a day trip to a local winery, Livingston State Park, or try your luck at Naskila gaming Casino. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our place.

Our quite hours are from 10pm to 7am. We do not allow parties as we are respectful of our neighbors. There are exterior cameras monitoring 24rs a day on the property facing driveway, front door, and back porch.

We had a fantastic time. House was beautiful with large deck and back yard. Would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great time. Indoor pool was a hit with my grandkids.

We spent the weekend at the gorgeous Lake Livingston home. I must say i have absolutely no complaints about our stay, everything perfect. Spacious rooms accommodated all our guest. The back porch/patio was beautiful during the day and stunning at night. I highly recommend sitting outside to watch the stars at night. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake after being outside. Perfect place for a quick staycation, or week long getaway from the big city.

My big family had a wonderful time here. This place had everything to occupy the kids and adults. The house was cozy yet spacious enough that we weren't falling all over each. There were plenty of places inside and out to retreat when we wanted a quiet moment to ourselves. Next time all we will pack is food, clothes, fishing gear, firewood, and charcoal because this house has everything else needed to make wonderful memories. Maggie
